To, The Manager Quikr India Sub.: Complaint against Order No. [protected]. Dear Sir, This is in reference to above stated payment ID No. for which I booked one order i.e. LED 40’ Sony with one year guarantee. I paid the initial amount and I got the confirmation of the same on my mobile & email. The SMS & the email clearly states that “we pick up & Deliver free”. I received at least 5-6 calls that the dealer is not picking up the phone & at last they said dealer is saying that I should come to him directly and by making the complete payment I have to collect the product.personally. I placed the order through your site & I don’t know the person who has to deliver it. Now your people have cancelled my order and I got the SMS that we have cancelled your order you can contact us between 10 AM-7 PM immediately, whereas the message came at 7.55 PM (I have all the proofs and screen shots) I am left with no other option but to go legal. I requested all your representatives, but of no. result.was obtained. This is something that is never expected by the company who states that they are very good. (I have proof for everything).. This email will be followed by a legal notice if no solution is made with in 15 days.This is a clear harassment.
