I hereby state that i (name) placed an order #[protected]dt 20 dec 2015) for smartphone j5 for exchage offer, which was cancelled on (dt-04 jan 2016) and i was not informed for the cancellation of order, after followup i came to kw that the address was incorrctly mention by your agent & for which it was cancelled. and your agent assured for the best services for which i placed an another order (ord#10080408 dt 07 jan 2016 ) which was again cancelled & now none of your agent is ready to assist.
Is this the way to treat your customer who has already given u the second chance for your serv.
Due u have any answer for this dissapointment?
