[Resolved] Quikr — complaint regarding refund for quikr rto service

Hi,

We paid rs. 3400/- for bike ownership transfer. But because of insufficient address proof case has to be dropped. Initially they told will take 15 days for refund. Now it is more than a month but still not received refund.

We are sending multiple emails regarding refund but no reply from their side.

Attached is payment proof.

Kindly help.

Updated by SHUBHRA FARSOIYA We have paid 3500 rs on 21st September for Quickr RTO services(Vehicle ownership transfer), but quickr was not able to process it. We have requested to refund our money and provided all required details to quickr. However we have not yet received the refund inspite of several reminders. Request you to kindly take appropriate action.
