[Resolved] Quikr — Convenience Fee charged without informing and customer care not providing nodal officer details to escalate | |||||
Quick ad id - Ad_ID[protected] 1. without informing quikr charged 199 from me for selling the item. this was never informed to me while posting or updated me during the process. it was also not mentioned anywhere till i accepted the offer. this is cheating. when we talked to customer care they mentioned that since the policy changes happen very frequently they will not be update those to customers. 2. doorstep pickup and delivery team never keeps time. they are always 2 hours to 2 days late. the customer service team don't have any clue on the same as well. there is no coordination between delivery and backend teams 3. No response from customer care on any of the complaints raised. 4. Quikr does not have a properly setup Nodal or appellate office to address customer complaints. if they have, the customer care will not share the same and they keep telling that nodal / appellate will not be able to solve the problem as well.
