[Resolved] Quikr — critical complaint about refund of money | |||
Dear sir/madam, I ordered vivo v5 mobile on 22 feb 2019 after week days product is not delivered. So, i cancelled the order on 28 feb 2019. But still the amount is not refunded and still quikr people not yet initiated for reversal of customer payment. Never seen such type of customer service in my lifetime. Quikr service is very very worst in customer services. Quikr team committed me that amount will refund within 7to10 working days but now the month going to complete.
