[Resolved] Quikr — Customer service | |||||
I am so disappointed by Quickr. I had posted an ad for which I got no notification. Post which my product got sold & I was told that the money is on it's way on which there has been no update since last 2 days on it. The product was scheduled to be picked up yesterday between 4 -8 PM. I kept following up with customer care incessantly who were clueless & kept telling me that the on-ground team would call & pick it up. However, I didn't receive any call or any sort of communication from them. The call centre team gives a scripted response & there is no sync between the call-centre & the on-ground team. This was the first time that I had listed the product however, looking at the service & the plight that I had to go through, I would never recommend this to anyone. Highly unprofessional. You are definitely not sorry.
This post is for all the people (including me) who have been fooled by Quikr into believing that they provide hassle free & seamless selling & buying experience. It is anything but hassle free. After making at least 47 calls to call centre, I got an sms saying that my ad has been cancelled. When I again called up the call centre(48th time), I was updated that it is the system who automatically cancels any request that hasn't been attended for 5 days. Now, quikr people are not coming to pick the furniture up for 5 days & instead of apologizing & taking the request up on priority. The schmucks went ahead & canceled my booking. I asked for the manager's no & upon calling him that he would make sure it's done today (This is the same scripted response that every person in Quikr gives) He just asked me to call him up today again to remind him.
I have now called him atleast 19 times since morning but he chose to ignore my call every single time. This glorified manager is Mr. Raghvendra.
This is my sincere request to everyone : Do not get fooled by the marketing gimmicks that Quikr is using to lure customers. They do not care about the seller or the buyer. The worst customer experience I have ever experienced.
