[Resolved] Quikr — Customer support | |||||
One of my orders had to be delivered on Monday. But they cancelled it without any intimation. I call them next day, some Anurag Tyagi from delivery team picks-up and assures that he'll get it delivered on Tuesday. Not receiving any confirmation call, I call the customer care no, now some stupid Parvat attended my call who again assured of tuesday delivery. Again I called back to confirm, another stupid CS Mani picks-up assuring the same. In the end I came to know that they can deliver it only next morning. I wasted my time from morning just for one delivery in priority as the entire situation arose because of them and i'd be leaving the next day. These CS guys do not give any proper info and give wrong expectations to the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
