[Resolved] Quikr — Damaged bed set | |||||
I had purchased a bed set - product id[protected] the delivery slot was for 12:26 - 3:26 pm, but however, the product was deliverd to me at 12 am; which is so damn not delivery ethics. Anyway, the delivery man was very persistent in getting pod papers signed; which i signed. I was late to reach out to him when i found out the product was in a bad condition as there was no light to even inspect the product at the middle of the night. - he was already gone - when asked him come back and take back the product he said i can't do that, instead call the customer care to resolve the issue. The product is a garbage - cracked everywhere, nails sticking out, mattress ripped open all sides. Total piece of garbage, i feel like i've been cheated here. I kindly request you'll take strict action against quikr for being so irresponsible in delivering the product and also for being so bad in customer relations - i literally had to call several times to get to the right person and get a solution.
