[Resolved] Quikr — Damaged cot and no refund. | |||||
I sold my well-maintained cot thru quikr for Rs 7000.The buyer opted for doorstep delivery. On the way quikr damaged my cot and the buyer rejected the product. I got my cot in a damaged condition. When the delivery guys were at my house I had complained to the call center about how the cot is brought in damaged condition.They told they will check with the team and do the refund. Now its been 13 days and I have not got any solution for my escalation. Quikr team, everyday only promising me this that, but nothing is happening. Every day I call them and they say, they need 48 hours. I have also got many calls from drivers asking me to negotiate and they even told me that they are not able to pay so.. Also, quikr team has asked me to negotiate. Why should I negotiate when quikr team has damaged my product. I have escalated this thru calls and mails with pictures to the team leads and the managers there but none is interested in replying me. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
