[Resolved] Quikr — Damaged Item received. Ad ID:[protected] | |||||
Recently i purchased a ps3 from quikr doorstep AD ID:[protected] and when i received the item, it was without the ps3 box and was damaged. I contacted the seller and seller told me that ps3 was not damaged and he was giving it with the box but pickup person who came to collect the ps3 didn't pick the box. Pickup person made the excuse that its a small item and he do not have space for the box and will inform me about this at the time of delivery. and picked the ps3 without the box. because of that item got damages in transit and i didn't receive the box. I dropped several email to quikr but didn't receive proper response. i also called on the customer server number and support person after checking the details assured me that it got damaged from quikr side and i'll get the refund for that. just wait for 2 days. I waited for 3 days but didn't receive any call or email. then i tried to call again on customer support number but nobody picked the calls/calls got disconnected after few rings to customer support person. I didn't pay for damaged item and now i'm stuck with damaged item. Was this information helpful? | |||||
