I've bought a quikr certified oneplus 3t which was graded as "like new" on apr 20th. And its condition is worst
1. There are lot of holes on back panel.
2. Major dents on frame.
3. A duplicate cheap charger which is taking hours to charge where it should take 15mins with original charger.
4. The screen is out of frame more than it should be. My sister uses same mobile, so i compared and came to know this. The screen brightness is low which i think is connected to this issue only.
I've sent them video of this and they accepted that its damaged. It's already 10days since i don't have a mobile to use and they didn't even take return yet. So, i bought a new mobile. Now they say that they won't refund it but will only replace it. So, because of their ill quality service, are they really expecting customers to stop using mobile for 20days or more and wait. This is just looting customers. I want refund and should not suffer for your mistakes.
