[Resolved] Quikr — damaged washing machine delivered by quikr, worst customer service | |
This is in regards to complaint # [protected]. Ten days have already passed since i raised this complaint and this is my second post on consumer complaints since they have stopped replying on my first complaint. Quikr has already failed on their timelines and have not provided any resolution until now. I have given all the images as proof still they have kept my money stuck and not agreeing on the refund until their investigation is done. It is pretty evident that it's been damaged by them during the course of delivery yet they are not taking responsibility of it, they are apologising for the inconvenience caused but nothing has been done to rectify it. I will have to move to the consumer court now if it takes any more time to process the refund back to my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |
