[Resolved] Quikr — defective product sale - with no refund to customer | |
Dear Team I have ordered through quikr certified refurbished phones . Order id 10296519 dated 10.11.17. I have received a defective product which has been certified by quikr has excellent phone in the ad. From the receipt date of the phone, i have quikr team no of times & i don't any response or even a call back from quikr team to promise me on the defective product refund . Only i am calling quikr customer service for clear response but even then i don't get a clear one customer service . I have just received this iPhone today from quikr . Quikr customer care team does not provide a valued response to make customer satisfied clearly . Pls don't cheat other customers in these ways and their time for follow up calls and put them into high tension and mental illness . I am totally out of control on my mind, paying money & begging the team for my cash refund . It makes my really mental ill . Pls find the list of mail communications which has been provided to team for responses .
