[Resolved]  Quikr — defective quikr certified unboxed mobile handset

I paid 6900 for an unboxed moto g5 plus 64 gb model certified by quikr.
I got a call from quikr to confirm the delivery and was informed that it comes with 7 days replacement.
On 22nd june 2018, a moto g5 plus 32 gb handset in a very old box without any charger or accessories was delivered. Not even a pin to remove sim card tray.
Apart from these the handset has some severe issues :
1. The display seems to be stuck with low quality gum to the body.
The gum is visible and clearly felt by touching the sides of the screen.
2. Neither the call-speaker nor the loud speaker of the phone works.
3. Even attaching a headphone doesn't work.
I emailed the issue to [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.co.in on 23 and 24 june 2018.
Got an acknowledgement from [protected]@quikr.co.in to be called in 24 hrs, but got no response till now.
I also called the customer care number "[protected]" but the lady disconnected my call in the name of connecting the call to certified mobile group. I have a recording of this call.
Now, i am stuck with a useless box in the name of handset. It seems the seller removed the parts to repair other device and sold the leftover in the name o[censored]nboxed phone.

I have proper video recording o[censored]nwrapping the quikr delivered package. And proper backup of calls and emails to and from quikr.

Received a call on 29th June from Quikr Escallation team. They asked me to submit a few images and details regarding the defects in the phone post which they can escalate the matter.

Submitted the required documents and images through email on 29th June, at night. Got no response from them since then.

Pickup completed on 7th July. The pickup person mentioned that replacement will reach in a day or two. But didn't get any updates on the same. When contacted, [protected]@quikr.com replies with apologies and give excuses that they are waiting for response from their team! I even asked for refund if mobile replacement isn't feasible sooner but the matter was completely ignored as well.

I had contact with Ajay Das for the post of cook, he told he reside in Kolkata. He said plz transfer train fair in my account so that I transferred 700 rupees in his account and also said he wait more money as he had said but still he has not joined and not returned my money so plz take a tight action may be he is also flirting with someone else.
