[Resolved] Quikr — deficiency in services charged for | |||
I subscribed to premium services on the insistence of quikr sales executive mr melvin. He promised to call back once he gets a confirmation of my subscription. He also promised to call back and manage my account advising me on the pricing of the products put on sale. However as usual with all the ecommerce websites, he just did not bother to call me back even after accepting his premium subscription offer though at a higher rate than the offer given on the website. All his hollow promise to assist me in the sale after going premium appears to be a bogus. Further when i was converting my free ads to premium, three of my ads were not indicating the premium tag after selection of ad credit and its deduction from my balance. This happened for three of my ads and thus three ad credit have additionally been consumed. Was this information helpful? | |||
