[Resolved] Quikr — deficiency in services charged for

I subscribed to premium services on the insistence of quikr sales executive mr melvin.
He promised to call back once he gets a confirmation of my subscription. He also promised to call back and manage my account advising me on the pricing of the products put on sale.
However as usual with all the ecommerce websites, he just did not bother to call me back even after accepting his premium subscription offer though at a higher rate than the offer given on the website. All his hollow promise to assist me in the sale after going premium appears to be a bogus.
Further when i was converting my free ads to premium, three of my ads were not indicating the premium tag after selection of ad credit and its deduction from my balance. This happened for three of my ads and thus three ad credit have additionally been consumed.

Updated by Harishms74 My contact number is [protected]. I have tried to contact you several times during the last fortnight, but in vain. It appears that you are just collecting all the raindrops of money to make an ocean of money. Firstly you people charged me a bomb to go premium and like promised by your executive Melvin, there was not a single interaction post purchase of the premium plan. Rightly so that you have proven without doubt that we are all in India and we are Indians just like the politicians we are forced to elect. All hollow promises and no delivery.
Nextly, when I ended up speaking to one of your executives ie one of the on the fly telecaller without any idea what he was to resolve, I realised that you are a faceless and directionless company guided by some stupid Chinese fund house. I wondered Ji itially why could not any one responsible enough get on the line to speak to me to resolve the matter, then I realised that this is your DNA. So be it.
Thirdly, I have finalised an order after getting very few to no responses to my ads. On choosing a certain delivery schedule, the message I receive later is that the buyer has scheduled for another later date which he has not. You guys just want to swindle the public of or monies to show some bank balance and be a top ewallet company, but you may be sadly mistaken, the moment larger public would get to know of this trick of yours, you will be busted. Down to the dust.
Just to show your inflated balance, you delay the delivery unilaterally is evident enough of your illegal and unethical ways to business.
I am going to pursue this case to its logical end.
In case you guys decide to call me, it better be a responsible person from your management and not the routine run of the mill telecaller who has no idea of what to speak on the phone let alone resolving the issue.
