[Resolved] Quikr — Delay in Installation of product
I had ordered a queen size bed from Quikr. (product ID:[protected]
The product was delivered on 18/03/2021. I was told that the installation of bed will be done within 48 hours. but its been five days and I have not received any communication regarding the installation process. They send me two messages with contact numbers for installation but those numbers are also switched off.
I have tried to mail them everyday regarding the problem but I have been getting the same computer generated responses and no solution of the problem.

I tried to contact them somehow since they do not have any customer support for quikr bazaar. There is only mail support which is of no use since they keep sending the generic messages without any solution.
The customer care representative told me that they had called me. But I didn't receive any calls regarding the issue and I also have my call logs to support this. They kept insisting that I will have to wait for 24 hours before I get a call from them and this is after I have tried to contact them over phone and mails thousand times. I don't know what they mean when they say that it is being dealt on priority basis and still they are lying that their executive called me.
Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
