[Resolved] Quikr — delay in payment | |||
It's been 24 days since quikr team has been harassing me for the payment that is due to me against selling a brand new almirah on this platform. Each time they come up with a new excuse. First, they harassed me for the product pick up date & time. I cooperated with them in the hope that a company so-known will not cheat so badly with me. They have picked the product, the buyer has started using it and here i am, begging for my money. Each time they give a new excuse for not processing the payment. "we are facing technical issues", "give us alternate bank details", "email us everything (Twice this has happened)"it will take 3-5 workings days (It's been 24 days since the deal was done). They have charged me a huge fraction of the transaction amount as "convenience fees" while all they have done is caused me inconvenience. Their customer care team doesn't respond on social media, they send auto-responses on email and their call centre never calls back. I have been cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||
