[Resolved] Quikr — delaying the refund process | |
I have placed an order of a refurbished Mobile from Quikr on 29.07.2018, payment made through credit card. The order was cancelled from Quikr's end, which I got to know when I called the customer care centre on 04.08.2018. The executive asked me no problem the refund will be done within 15 working days maximum. Thereafter I have called them for over 25 times (all of the recordings I possess as proof), to get lame replies like " Sorry for the delay", " we are escalating the process" and " when is your bill date?". I have been either put to hold over 10-15 mins or disconnected abruptly. I have informed them that 27.08.18 as my bill payment date ( purposely mentioned 3 days in advance to avoid defaulting the payment). Even today they are telling me sorry but it will take more 3-4 days. I am almost having to pay the credit card bill ( which I intended to convert to EMI) along with incurring charges for late payment. Rest of the facts are clearly evident in the recording attached (which is one of all the recorded calls). I sincerely want to know how these e-Commerce firms possess the audacity to cheat blatantly like this and fool through their certification program. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |
