[Resolved] Quikr — Delivered damaged items | |||||
I had bought a bed through quikr and delivery guys didn't allowed me to inspect the product properly and said it can be returned within 3 days time. Since the delivery guys are giving reasons that they have to deliver other items as well so don't have time to wait so, assuming that if there is 3days time to cancel or return the product which i got confirmed from customer care executive as well i took the delivery and next day when i tried to return the damaged item then they refused any such thing and also refused to stop the payment to the seller and asked me to talk to seller directly. But, when i spoke to the seller who confirmed me that they sent the product in good condition and the damages occurred during transportation.
