Quikr — delivered phone with so many problems

The phone you delivered shut down automatically from the first day of delivery itself. The response from the customer care team is pooor. It takes too much time for quikr team to at least respond to the calls. The phone also had 6 months assured warranty but idnt think any technician has examined it. Please look upon the matter as soon as poosible and take back your product before seven days and refund me. Please take it before sevem days amd its a request. I hope that you wont say clumsy reasons. Invoice number is#mlbnat[protected] and invoice of assured warraty is #c2/aug19/003999
There is lag also. The phone gets heated up in a few minutes

Updated by Kittu3333 The customer care takes so much time and they are not available most of the time.Now also tried to contact them but there is no response from them at all.They say that they are available between 9am to 9pm but now it is 10:30 already and no reaponse.Please look upon the matter as soon as you can
