[Resolved] Quikr — delivery for order id[protected] is being rescheduled over and again! | |||
Hi team, This is extremely disappointing, my experience with you is so bitter now. I have made a purchase for this product on 27-jul-19. As per your policy this product within the city should have reached to me in two days. I understand, things sometimes don't go as planned and the order was picked up late. I was supposed to receive it on the 1-aug-19, which quikr created a dispatch for then and rescheduled it. They logged their reason stating they could not reach me. An utter lie, i never received any calls. I contacted quikr and have also given them an alternate number. Finally it was scheduled for today and i specfically took a leave for this. And to my utter disgust you'll had the audacity to cancel the schedule again. Are you going to pay for the delay you have caused me? Are you going to repay me for the leave i have taken from work? You guys have no respect for a customers time. Please cancel this assignment and refund my money if you have any courtesy and shame left in you. Was this information helpful? | |||
