[Resolved] Quikr — Delivery is just delayed | |||||
This is with reference to ad ID[protected]. I had paid online for a 3 door metal cupboard on 19th April. The delivery was just delayed and order got cancelled after 5 days. I rebooked the same cupboard on 29th April and the delay has just continued till date. I have given plenty of phone calls and have sent 40+ emails to the customer care team. But every time same response that it will be delivered by end of the day. Well which day I still don't understand. Quikrdoor step is a pathetic service, it is just wastage of time, money and patience. Don't rely on them as they can't do what they promise. Was this information helpful? | |||||
