[Resolved]  Quikr — Didn't get the product after purchase

I bought a second hand refrigerator from on line shopping portal for second hand Quikr on 13 April 2016 worth 7500. They posted on the website that after paying
I will get a call with in 24 hour and my item will be deliver as soon as possible. But I did not get any call till 15 April. SoI decided to call the customer care
and they commit me that I will get this refrigerator by 16 April maximum by 4 PM. But again I did not get the refrigerator.
I caaled again the customer care on 16 at 4 Pm again they commited that I will get this by 10 PM at any cost. But again
the result was same. I tried to call them so many times but no answer. I caaled them saturday also but no answer again. On 18 April I called them again
they made me again a commitment that I will get the refrigerator by 4 Pm but would not happen. And when I call them in evening the same thing happen
again that I will get it by 10 PM on 18 April they gave me the nubmer of driver but the phone is switch off. Now customer care also not picking my phone please help me

Hello Ravi,

I am seller of the product.. I have even raised the complaint. They taken my product one month back to the warehouse.. I never cancelled the order or the deal. This are the stories told by the Quikr guys...I lost the hope that i will get the my money...or for the fridge... It is always waste of my hard earned money
