[Resolved] Quikr — dining table held at quikr more than a year | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is about AD ID[protected]. Ticket # [protected]. We posted an ad for selling our dining table last year in quikr. A customer was interested for purchasing our product. Quikr doorstep team came to our house and picked our product. Later customer was rejected as he was not interested in our product. Quikr doorstep team brought back our product to home in damage condition. We didn't accept the product as it has lot of damages (Damaged product images are attached here) Since then it was lying at Quikr doorstep warehouse and there is no proper response from them. We spend almost an year in engaging/talking with quikr customer care for follow ups on it. We spend lot of our time and energy on this. Unfortunately there is no help from quikr. Finally, we are frustrated with quikr service and requesting at least deliver our damaged product. We spend all our energy and time in talks with customer care executive which gone waste.
