Quikr — Disappointing end of transaction | |||
Dear team quikr, It was the first and probably last time i have placed an order at quikr yesterday afternoon for a wooden wardrobe... Post placing an order i went out of my home and suddenly my phone got discharged for an hour... When i switched on my phone i got a message that quikr team was trying to reach me and ask me to contact on the [protected]... I tried reaching on the number @8:30 in the evening... But could not able to connect... Today i received a message from my banker that my payment is reversed back in my cc account... I was shocked and surprised that how come my money came back.. I tried reaching on all sort of numbers available for quikr customer care and everybody was just redirecting me on other number... At last i came to know that my order was cancelled because they could not able to reach me for 2 days... I dont know how it become two days when they only tried reaching me yesterday evening and i placed the order on yesterday only... Again surprised... Ad id:[protected] Transaction id: [protected] For me it is really a shocking service level... But for you: loss of business... I dont know if i am the only one client or so many like me you lost because of your logistic partners probably... Hope i will get a revert or resolution.
