[Resolved] Quikr — doorstep delivery cancelled and no refund initiated | |||
I ordered sofa on quikr with doorstep delivery. On pick up day from buyer quikr personell who went to pick up said they cant transport it as product is faulty and he cancelled. But still on quikr app my order still shows confirmed and no update about refund. I had placed order on 30th december, pick up was cancelled on 2nd jan and todays is 5th jan but still no call back from quikr or update about refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
