[Resolved]  Quikr — Doorstep Delivery for double bed

I purchased double bed through quickr doorstep (txn no : [protected]) Pathetic thing is Doorstep delivery is provided by default if I purchase using quickr and when I spoke to representative, they told they cant provide dismantling and assembling service which means to finish transaction we need to hire 3 people, one for dismantling at seller's place, one for assembling at buyer's place and quickr does only delivery which is really difficult, making things even more complex. No flexibility although I told that i m willing to pay extra for dismantle service. Rigid people, no practical understanding and almost like guided by robots.
