[Resolved]  Quikr — doorstep service - 16 days no payment - no response from customer care

I have sold my laptop through doorstep and it got delivered on 13 Jan. I initiated the transfer to my bank on the same day - 13 Jan.
I didn't receive the amount for 5-6 days. And then I received a call to update my bank details which I did right away. its been 10 days since my last email.
After that - I tried to call the customer care: [protected] more than 20 times, but its either of two:
* Doorstep service replies with the audio: we will get back to you in 2 working hours - but they haven't called back once in these days!
* Normal customer care person does pick up the call, but says please contact doorstep service and hangs up right away without listening to me!

I am really stuck! My huge amount of money in with Quikr and I am unable to contact anyone there!

I have dropped several emails as well - but no reply!
I frequently call doorstep service and they reply we will revert back in 2 hours -but no call!

PLEASE HELP AND CONTACT ME!

Please don't reply to this complain by saying we will revert back because the person who calls just transfers the call to doorstep service without listening to me and then the call disconnects.

or

give me an alternative number other than normal customer care number.

I don't like to file complaints after complaints in this portal. I have already filed twice and I got the reply that we will contact you, but no use as I mentioned above.

Its been 18 days...
I have received same reply from Quikr twice before but no call!
