[Resolved] Quikr — Exchange order related | |||||
Hi, I've gone through a exchange offer with an order id 10154802. Order has been placed on 5th May'16 and got a confirmation text that estimated delivery time is 4-8 days from the order date. Today's the 7th day & haven't heard any further update about my order. Called the customer service number & they saying it will take 15days more. What's going on? Why don't you stick with the promise you did? I've removed the complete data from old phone & packed it because I'm waiting for a new one. Its almost week & I'm without phone.
