First of all they sold a third class mobile and they charged extra for guarantee & door step service and pickup. Mobile gets switched off on its own after few mins o[censored]sage. Later they don’t respond to mails even after reminders. Finally they ask you to send mobile battery usage videos but now mobile is not getting on at all and these guys don’t even have mimimum ethics to respond to emails and not even phone calls. Seems like they are just cheating and avoiding their responsibility. Other details given below with their ticket number and videos.
