My Friend has ordered Vivo V11 pro mobile and they have shown original mobile vide but have sent duplicate Chinese handset. Order I'd is #[protected]. It was cash on delivery. Seller is not refunding the amount and only replacement is available he says. I don't want replacement but only refund. Seller mobile number [protected]. A lady had picked this call and she is rude
