[Resolved] Quikr — false promise regarding depositing a cheque | |||
We are a food based company and Quikr contacted us if we wanted to promote our business on their site. Their agent Mr. Rajesh paid a visit and described all packages. We told them we would take it up but in couple of months as our marketing budget is over for these two months. The agent said we could pre book these packages if we gave him a cheque without a date for now and this would also help him personally booking a sale and meeting his targets. We were to get a confirmation call from Quikr and he told us to tell them to not deposit the cheque for now but until they got a consent from us for August. The Quikr agent went ahead and deposited the cheque without having our consent. We have been trying to contact him and hes giving false assurances that he would get this payment reversed. But to this day, nothing has been done in this regard. Request you to kindly look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||
