[Resolved] Quikr — faulty quikr certified mobile phone, no reverse pickup, refund or replacement even after 12 days | |||||
I bought an iphone 6s plus 64gb on august 27th, which shows in quikr site that the variant is as 'like new' in quikr certified mobile phone, with 36 quality check for 34, 222 rs. It got received on august 30th (It came with a duplicate charger and headset which cost total 300rs only), on the first switch on itself i came to know the wifi was not working. They didn't have checked the very basic part of mobile and sold it to customer for 34, 000 saying 36 quality check. On the same day i raised the complaint, got a mail like replacement process have initiated. Its around 12 days and they haven’t picked that mobile yet to replace, whenever i call them, i used to get a reply like, surely sir we will come tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience. Now quikr have made a new story where they are saying the reverse pickup team tried to call me and i was not available. I do even have miss call alert in my mobile. And i have't got any such phone calls. Even i told them i will bring the phone to the address mentioned as return address on the package. They are not even allowing that too. Quikr haven't do a reverse pickup even after 12 days, for the replacement. So i have purchased a new one from market, as my old one got damaged (Thats the reason went for quikr certified mobile phone). Currently i'm not looking for replacement, if quikr have some professionalism please do a refund, as i have bought another phone. Cant wait for your 7 days policy (Which you guys are not following), which is more than 12 days now and haven't do a reverse pickup itself. Need refund. Don't want to carry two phones. Oct 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After posting the issue on Consumer Complaint page, very next day I got a call from Quikr actually sent a Quikr executive (they were saying Delhivery team will do the reverse pickup) came and did the reverse pickup.
Also got a mail saying a replacement for the mobile will be delivered within 3 days.
After posting on Quikr Facebook page, very next day got a call from Quikr escalation Team (1st time I got a call from escalation team) and said they will replace it. I requested for refund and somehow they agreed for the same. Got complete refund on SEP 22 2017. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
