[Resolved] Quikr — faulty/missing part mobile (fraudulent) | |
Dear sir, I ordered a refurbished mobile through quikr (Order id[protected]. But the mobile i received was damage and few parts were missing. And most important thing is the mobile was not running well at all. Hanging and battery issue also was present in the mobile. All these matter were immediately discussed with quikr after receiving the product. I talked to quikr customer care but they refused to take the mobile back and return the money but he simply refused very rudely. I can understand that - being a refurbished item the scratches, dents will be present but missing mobile parts is unacceptable and it is clearly fraudulent. Sir, i am ready to go to the court but i know consumer complaint forum is equally valuable for consumer and i am hopeful for your help. Was this information helpful? | |

I am receiving the error" Missing attribute No_of_Rooms in request" while posting my advertisement in quickr. Please check and let me know the solution to fix this issue.
