[Resolved]  Quikr — Fee paid but no assistance in Coin Selling as promised

I had a few old Indian coins with me which I wanted to sale and hence I created a free id of mine on quikr platform. However, as soon as i created my id, the quikr team started calling and pursuing me for taking their premium ad services available for Rs. 2000 promising me to assist in the sale very fast as they have a lot of verified and registered buyers with them and they have been facilitating the sales in the past for many people too very swiftly. Hence, I believed them and paid Rs. 2000/- on 17th January, 2022

Afterwards in February, they again called me and said that they are on the verge of closing the deal for me however, before selling the coin they need to allot me a slot and hence, i need to pay Rs. 9996/- more to them for that without which they wont be able to move forward. This was not mentioned to me while i made initial registration for paid services, however again beleving them i made the payment in February, 2022

Now, its been almost 8 months and i have been regularly following up on the matter with them but not getting any assurance or confirmation about when the coin would be sell. Till date other than lot of fraudulent chats and calls, I have not even received a single call from any genuine buyer for any coin. I was in regular touch with quikr's team member through whats app and email, but now neither is anybody assisting me nor any help has been provided.

Its totally a mental harassment, even after charging money for services, nothing is being provided as help other than just false promises and hopes. It seems quikr themselves donot have any verification mechanism to filter fraudulent and genuine buyers as in the hope of getting my coins sell, I had to contact lot such people dropping their contact on my chats further exaggerating my worries.

Request authorities to help me on the same.
