[Resolved] Quikr — fooling sellers in the name of premium ad | |||||
Hi I have posted an ad for iphone 5s with a price of 8, 500/-. Some executive from quikr called me and asked me to make it a premium ad and increase the price of the product to 10, 000/- and make a payment of 550/- to quikr. She told that by doing so my ad will be listed in top ads in various cities and i will not be charged any convenience fee also and within 2-3 days the product will be sold. Its been 20 days since i did that and i have got only 1 response till now. Quikr is trying to fool customers (Seller in this case) by doing so. I even mailed quikr support for this but there is no reply. I would like to have a refund of my amount and then i will remove my ad from quikr. My ad id is[protected]. Nov 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I could not even change the price of the product under premium service. Customer care called and changed price but I am not getting any response to my ad. I just lost 550 to quikr so called premium service and got nothing in return. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 30, 2018 Updated by ashish9790 It's been 3 days and there is no call from quikr at all. And on top of that I can't even edit my edit now to reduce the price. What kind of policy is this?
