[Resolved] Quikr — forcefully damaged product delivered | |||
My registered mobile number is [protected]. Product is 5 door wardrobe. It's really unfortunate that my first ever experience with quiker was so bad. As i mentioned earlier i have never accepted the delivery of the product because few things were damaged. But the logistic person told me these are minor things and can be hidden once the product will be assembled. Though i had no trust on him i asked him first i need to see the assembled product then only i can accept the delivery. He assured me he wil send his carpenter in the evening and then only you accept the delivery. I said ok. Then the carpenter never came even after my regular follow up. He had many excuses of not coming. The product was delivered at my place on 16th september and logistics person has not updated the status to quiker as i have not signed any document for receiving. Next day in the evening on 17th september i saw in my order history the product status is delivered. By now i was really upset and complained to quiker that how you can mention the product is delivered if i have not accepted it. Then finally one of your team member mr. Parbat handled my case softly and tried to fix up the carpenter's appointment. But some how after a 1 week follow-up the day arrived when carpenter from quiker reached my place. I already did the advance payment for the same as per you guys it is third party service. Now the carpenter told that base is completely damaged so he is not sure if this product after assembly would be stable or not. Also lot of screw casting and screws are damaged. He was not sure whether he wil get same screws and casting in market as this wardrobe is foreign product. Now if he want to repair it all it would cost 2000 to 3000 rs approx. And that too no guarantee of stability of product. I have lot of space crunch in 1 bhk. All dismantled parts are occupying a lot of space. I really request you to arrange a pickup as soon as possible. My preference is by tomorrow morning itself. Do initiate my refund as well at the earliest. So that i can buy the another wardrobe from the market. Note: both refund need to initiated first for the product and second which i paid for carpenter service. Was this information helpful? | |||
