[Resolved] Quikr — fraud and miscommunication to customer | |||||
I was asked to buy quikr premium ad services for rd 3010. Initally i was told if the car will not be able to sold on said price i will get the full refund. But just after one week when i asked them to discontinue my service they said the refund amt will be 2900. 4 weeks i have mailed the team continuously with no reply. Now they are refunding the amt i. E only rs 722. Please look into this as this will treated as fraud & cheating to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
