[Resolved] Quikr — fraud dealer in quikr | |||
I want to report an issue that has happened to me for ad id :[protected]. Not sure how the quikr company is registering a fake dealer as premium seller. I discussed with the dealer on quikr based on his ad posted and he has shared me his wats up number for more info. Once i discussed on my requirement of bed and was ready to pay the amount. We discussed to go via offline not via quikr because of transportation charges. The dealer promised to deliver me the product by yesterday. I made a payment of 9450 on 17th july. Now i am chasing him since yesterday and dealer has blocked my number on wats up and while calling him from separate number i found the incoming facility for that number is not available. I tried to contact him on wats up with a separate number asking for his correct number but still the dealer is not providing his number after reading all the chats. Now my concern is how quikr has registered that dealer as a premium seller..? The one he has shared on the given ad id or wats up is : [protected] shows name as jatinder pal in truecaller. And the one he has registered with quikr is [protected] which is webricot corp ([protected]@webricots.com) in truecaller. Today i have filed a complain at police station as well with all proofs. Transaction id : To: bhavsar vini (Oaks. [protected]@kotak) Google transaction id: cicagkc8l9fndg Upi transaction id:[protected] Quikr mislead customers by showing premium ads which attracted my attention and i become victim of cheating and lost my money. Sep 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved How can you close the complaint without any resolution. Or you wait for sometime till the reportee forgets to check the complain and you guys just close it off by themselves without any solution provided to achieve closure of your complaint tickets..? Hi satpal, i just came across your complaint and I am also victim of the same issue. Quikr is not responding and they are also partner in this fraud it seems. Quikr simply replied saying this is not their responsibility and concern. Even this person has cheated me. He used a different site name but same contact no and account number for transaction. I have filed a cyber fraud complaint. I have a question for quikr although. What did you verify? How does a person with same contact have different websites and post with different identities? What the hell database do you have? Does it not store the details of the sellers?
