[Resolved] Quikr — Frustated with the service | |||||
I posted the adv for double bed and got a buyer. I was happy about the deal made. The buyer even paid the amount to quikr account.But then the hell period started when quikr delievery team got involved. They made excuses everyday not to pick up the item. I took leave from office and sat at home for 3 days waiting for delivery guys to pick up the dismantled bed. More over i slept on floor as i had dismantled the bed and my new bed didnt come yet. Sad part is when i called the customer care they blamed me that I was not available and had not dismantled the bed. I am really frustated now and will cancel this deal soon. I will recommend all my frnds not to use quikr ever in their life. They make a fool of you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
