[Resolved] Quikr — Furniture/ didn't receive the payment yet

I sell a sofa set which is 3 days old. i got an offer and the product was delivered to the buyer . but i didn't receive my payment till now .

It happens 20 days ago. Very poor customer service. No coordination between the employees. Worst followup.

They simply escaping by telling that ...' we initiated the amount in ur account and it is already credited in ur account .. check with ur bank'.

Its worth of 14000/- ...Iam suffering alot..

This people not resolving my issue and asking time till this monday (19-sep).If there is no proper response What should I Do?I shd get my payment in Aug23 till now no proper response from quicker team.Very Poor Service.
