I sell a sofa set which is 3 days old. i got an offer and the product was delivered to the buyer . but i didn't receive my payment till now . It happens 20 days ago. Very poor customer service. No coordination between the employees. Worst followup. They simply escaping by telling that ...' we initiated the amount in ur account and it is already credited in ur account .. check with ur bank'.
