Quikr — Furniture via doorstep delivery

We have purchased some furniture using quikr doorstep delivery on 25th may 2020, but still no response on the product or refund.
Have tried to contact them via email as no direct customer care number multiple times but no response (Generic apology template received). Our amount is stuck. Please help
