I had put an ad from my father’s account to sell our car, Tata Manza. Below are the details of the ad: Registered phone number – [protected] Tata Manza Aqua Safire 2010 Price: ₹ 320000 Ad ID:[protected] Category: Cars & Bikes, Cars Posted on: Feb-23-2017 Active till: May-24-2017 On recommendation from a quikr executive, we paid an amount of Rs 1499/- for conversion of our ad to premium category. Moreover, when I call on the customer care number and make requests for callbacks, not a single time I have received a call back. I have also written mails to the concerned team, bu to no avail, I get only system generated replies. This is the 3rd time I am writing a complaint over any forum and the 10th time I have raised the concern in total. I am really disappointed with quikr and need my money back. Please assist.
