[Resolved] Quikr — Harassing the customer: neither product received nor refund of the money | |||||
Ad_id[protected]: i had ordered a metallic wardrobe from quikr on 26th of last month. quikr was supposed to deliver the product on 30 th june. it is 7th july and i still have not received the product. they refuse to give my money back as well. i call their customer care everyday 5 times since last 6 days, but i do not get any proper response. their executives put my call on hold for over 30 mins and never respond back. everyday since 30 th june, i am told that i will get the product but i never get. i wait at home everyday but the product never comes. Their support team ignores my emails, i have not got any response from them. On insisting that i want my refund as they cant deliver the product, i am told that i should wait 1 more day and i will get my product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
