[Resolved]  Quikr — Haven't received payment for doorstep transaction

Have posted an ad:[protected] on quikr and sold it through the same on quikr doorstep. The item was picked up from me on 17th oct and deliver to the buyer on the same date.

They have mentioned that they would send the payment within 2-3 working days. Its been more than 8 days now and i havent received the payment yet.

The customer care is not at all supportive, made multiple calls, and dropped multiple emails and still the payment hasnt been triggered yet. I have shared my bank statements etc. And they arent even sharing the utr numbers. They say that they initiated the payment on 18th and they dont have nay utr number.

I have talked to multiple cc agesnts - partibhan, abdulla rawaha, mahalaxmi etc. And they have even closed my cc tickets without providing a resolution.

All my previous transactions they used to share the utr number via sms, in this case, they havent shared the same.

Please help me in releasing the payment from quikr. I have been harassed mentally and financially.
