[Resolved] Quikr — holding my money | |||
I was returned a damaged item by quikr, for which i had filed a complaint (Ticket no. [protected]) it's been 3 weeks now and i have still not received my rightful money back and they have my product as well. All i have been getting is multiple calls trying to persuade me to take back the refurbished (Repaired) product, while no one is taking cognizance of the mistake committed by the logistics team. This is an act of fraud as they have a cashback policy if the item is damaged by them in the transit. Was this information helpful? | |||
