Ad id :[protected] Transaction id : [protected] Okay so this was my third transaction from quikr and i expected it to be equally bad like the previous two. But quikr logistics had a surprise package for this third transaction which the experience even worse. We (Seller and buyer) had an entire exchange of set of pictures for the product, offer made, offer accepted, payment done. And after the as usual struggle of delivery and pickup in case of quikr doorstep, being late to workplace since the logistic truck cannot reach within the allocated slot of time. Now came two men who were from quikr logistic to pickup the product and to our surprise, they started analyzing, inspecting the product. All done and dusted they take the product out of the house, handed over the receipt to the seller and call the buyer saying "the product is damaged" (Mind it, the latest pictures were already exchanged and the product was in use till the previous day of being dismantled, the buyer was also informed about little dent, bent and rust). Buyer is not to be blamed of course when the delivery boy vandalizes the image of the product completely expecting a brand new furnished product on a second hand ecommerce website. They come out of their time slot causing discomfort for the customer, harass the customer to the extreme level, when you call the customer care their response is "we cannot do anything madam", delivery guys scrutinizing the product and deciding whether it is worth it or not, expecting a second hand product to be sold on half of the price after wasting the time of the customer, deduct convenience fee of 550 on seller end and 1000 of delivery charges on buyer end. A complete flout of consumer rights! For reference of quikrrrr.. I have attached there own terms and conditions where it is no where mentioned the product will be scrutinized by the delivery men.
