[Resolved] Quikr — I have received the monitor in damage condition. | |||||
I have received the monitor on 15/9/2017 but in damage condition. I was not there at my home and the parcel was received by my sister in law and she is don't understand how to check the condition. I has informed her to collect it without checking because i trusted quikr and had not face this kind of issue in the past. I request you return the parcel because i have spoken to the seller he is saying that it was in good and working condition, deliver boy must have mishandled it while delivering. Please look into the matter and refund my money. I understand that you guys are intermediate but this is your employee fault. He didn't take care of the logistics properly. I had confirmed with the seller 2-3 times. I want my money into my account anyhow. Attach is the monitor picture and delivery receipt.
