[Resolved] Quikr — I received wrong product | |||
I purchased a cross-trainer on July 1st . Quikr didnt do the delivery until 12th july sighting slot issues. And finally when it came it was damaged and not like how the seller promised. I contacted the seller and he says the product when taken from quikr was absolutely noise free and there was no damage. So either the product was damaged while in custody of quikr or they gave a fake product. And even after contacting the customer care and mailing quikr I get no response. They do have a link to report issues but that doesnt work Was this information helpful? | |||
