Quikr India Private Limited — Unethical behavior of Quikr

I have made the payment of INR 7, 000 for the purchase of product with Ad ID[protected]. The amount has already deducted from my credit card, it has been more than a week, and the Quikr team hasn't delivered the goods. I have been calling them since last week, mailing them, no reply from their end. It's really unprofessional behaviour from the Quikr team, and the team should be ashamed with this kind of irresponsible behaviour. Investors such as Tiger Global should rethink of their investment, as there is no way customers are going to trust company's such as Quikr.
